Conclusion Paragraph

In spite of the lack of proper regulations for the use of cell phones while driving, it is important that people grow aware of the dangers of doing this and start changing their habits. Both experience and reserach show this is a fact, and it is just a matter of time until the laws are passed. But, in the meantime, it is necessary for consciousness to grow, as this is really the only way of preventing accidents and saving lives.

Immigration

Due to the various immigration waves in our country throughout the years, it is difficult to define the Argentinian racially and in character. There is, clearly, a great influence from the Spanish people, since they were the founders of the country and there is a vast majority of Spanish descendants. Still, in many places, Spanish blood is closely mixed with Italian blood, probably the second ethnic majority in the country. Depending on the place, German, French and British descendants are big ethnic groups that had great influences in the culture and the looks of the people. These, mixed in some places with what remains of the local people (especially far away from the city of Buenos Aires) create an interesting still complicated mixture that results in what is today the Argentinian citizen.
